The LNK Charity Foundation provided support to Polina, helping cover the costs of laser vision correction surgery.
Polina was diagnosed with moderate myopia combined with astigmatism, a condition that caused impaired distance vision, daily discomfort, and affected her quality of life. To improve her eyesight and reduce the need for glasses or contact lenses, she underwent LASIK laser vision correction surgery.
The Foundation’s support covered the costs of her eye examination, ophthalmologist consultation, preparation of an individual treatment plan, and the laser vision correction procedure, giving Polina the opportunity to take an important step towards better vision and an improved quality of life.
