The Fund supported the traditional Christmas charity project “Toy Symphony”, organized for the 27th time this year by the charity association ARTISSIMO.

The concerts featured outstanding young musicians, students of the Music Academy, and a professional chamber orchestra conducted by Normunds Dreģis. Audience members were invited to donate toys, which were later distributed to children from boarding schools, hospitals, and socially disadvantaged families across Latvia.

The concerts offered the target audience – children, school pupils, seniors, people with special needs, and Ukrainian refugees – the opportunity to enjoy high-quality musical performances by Latvia’s talented musicians. For the younger generation, this was also a chance to expand their cultural horizons and see fellow young musicians perform on stage. For the performers, especially the young ones, it provided an opportunity to hone their skills and perform for a wide audience.

Beyond musical enjoyment, the concerts fostered awareness of charity and compassion, particularly among young people. The project’s slogan, “A toy – from heart to heart”, clearly reflects its essence.
